Harry SK Tan is the DIRECTOR of CAPTEL. He is an Associate Professor of Law at the Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University. Prof Harry Tan was awarded the Fulbright Scholarship in 1999. He is also a Visiting Scholar at Berkeley Centre for Law & Technology at University of California, Berkeley. Anilkumar K Samtani is the Deputy Director of CAPTEL. He is an Associate Professor of Law in the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.  He was recently awarded the 2001 US Fulbright Scholarship.   Prof Samtani is also currently an Editor of the International Journal of Communications Law and Policy .

Ang Beng Wee, Steven  is an Associate Professor at the Nanyang Business School, NTU, Singapore. He was the Editor of the Asia Business Law Review from July 1998 to April 2001 and is currently its Consulting Editor. Beth Simone Noveck (U.S.), CAPTEL's first Visiting Advisor. She directs the Democracy Design Workshop. She is an Associate Professor of Law at New York Law School, where she also directs the Institute for Information Law and Policy. She is also a founding fellow of the Information Society Project at Yale Law School and the President of Bodies Electric LLC.
